Number of questions: 2Is there any blockage in the new earphone? I did the first charge, the case indicates 100% charged, I don't see any indication of the earphones being charged. I pressed the reset button on the case and it's as if the earphones are not working.
Why isn't the Bluetooth working? It is in the red mode. I watched a YouTube video on how to turn it on, but it doesn't work. Is it broken? Does it need to be replaced?
